We have launched our 7th Yoga teacher training program! We are offering a 250 and a 500 hour training beginning in late October. If you are interested, we would be more than happy to send you the curriculum. It is an in-depth training with a large apprenticeship program. Truly, a training like this changes your life, broadens your world and can lead you to a new career.

Our Yoga Teacher Training program is designed to evolve you from a yoga student to a safe and fabulous yoga teacher. We will explore many aspects of yoga including asanas, pranayama (breathing practices), philosophy, anatomy, psychology, Ayurveda, chakras and other energy systems of the body. The training includes an apprenticeship and a great deal of practice teaching so that when you are certified as an instructor you will feel ready to work with all kinds of students, from kids to seniors, from injured to disabled and everyone in between. You can choose between a 9-month program where you earn a 250 hour certification or an 18-month program which exceeds 500 hours. Many of our YTT grads did the program for their own self-growth, to deepen their knowledge of yoga, without expectation of teaching. No matter what your reasons, a training like this can truly change your life.
