the Yoga Room Schedule

Hatha yoga in the style inspired by Vanda Scaravelli, Esther Myers and Allie Chisholm-Smith. Rest and breathe into the fearlessness of this gentle yet challenging style. Approach yourself with loving kindness.

Effective July 1st – September 7th, 2010

Please remember to call and reserve a space for the drop-in classes.

  • R: Restorative
    Very gentle, great for people with injuries, chronic pain or high stress.
  • G: Gentle
    Intended for deep stress relief, injury recovery and an introduction to yoga.
  • M: Moderate (all levels).
    Deep relaxation combined with some challenging postures. Safe for all levels of physical fitness.
  • V: Vigorous
    Deep stretches and intense flow of postures. Ideal for the experienced Yogi and/or those looking for a physical challenge.
  • YY: Yang Yin Yoga
    45 minutes of posture flow followed by 45 minutes of deep stretches.
