Hatha yoga in the style inspired by Vanda Scaravelli, Esther Myers and Allie Chisholm-Smith. Rest and breathe into the fearlessness of this gentle yet challenging style. Approach yourself with loving kindness.

Very gentle, great for people with injuries, chronic pain or high stress. - G: Gentle
Intended for deep stress relief, injury recovery and an introduction to yoga. - M: Moderate (all levels).
Deep relaxation combined with some challenging postures. Safe for all levels of physical fitness. - V: Vigorous
Deep stretches and intense flow of postures. Ideal for the experienced Yogi and/or those looking for a physical challenge. - YY: Yang Yin Yoga
45 minutes of posture flow followed by 45 minutes of deep stretches.
