Holistic Services at Ahimsa

All of our services are based in the principles of Ahimsa, non-harm. We believe that your system has its own innate ability to heal. Whether its bodywork, yoga, a nutritional consultation or class, our focus is to listen to you and facilitate your journey towards whole health.

Private sessions are available Tuesday through Saturday. The cost per hour is $65 + GST.
Sessions are available in Polarity Therapy, Cranial Sacral, Bodywork, Yoga Massage, Private Yoga, Counseling and Reiki.

Bodywork:

Our bodywork is a full-body massage that borrows from many modalities including Ayurvedic, Swedish massage and acupressure techniques. Its roots are found in ancient yogic tradition integrating breath with movement to achieve balance. Reiki, Cranial Sacral and other energy balancing is often incorporated into the massage.

Nutrition:

Seen as a cornerstone in preventative medicine, nutrition is an easy yet profound way to put your health in your own hands. What we eat can harm or heal us. Find out how to cook healthy food easily and what is the optimal choice for you.

Polarity Therapy:

Based in Chinese and Ayurvedic systems, using nutrition, massage, Cranial Sacral and energy work, Polarity therapy aims to bring the body back to its natural state of rest, relaxation and balance so that its own innate ability to heal is activated.
