R: Restorative: Ideal for injury recovery and/or deep stress. Props, breath and slow movements are used to work on physical and emotional healing.G: Gentle: Perfect for beginners or those with injuries or deep stress.  Slow down, calm the central nervous system and re-connect with yourself.
G/M: Moderate: A great place to start your yoga practice.  Perfect for all levels of fitness, safe for injuries.  A balance of stress relief and movement. M: Moderate: (all levels). Begin in deep relaxation, then postures that build on each other to evolve to a challenging crescendo and finally, end in deep relaxation.  Work at your own pace.  All levels welcome.MV Mod/Vigorous: A combination of vinyasa flow and deep posture holds.  There will be challenges and there will be deep relaxation.V: Vigorous: Deep stretches and intense flow of postures. Ideal for the experienced yogi and/or those looking for a physical challenge.YY: Yang/Yin: 45 minutes of posture flow, raising the heat in your body, followed by 45 minutes of deep stretching to work the connective tissues and joints.YM: Yoga Massage: A balance of yoga, breathwork and meditationYR: Yoga Rehab: Self-Massage Therapy techniques releasing restricted muscle tissue and fascia along with Yoga elements aimed at realigning imbalances and creating strength within the supportive core. Attending an orthopedic assessment and Massage Therapy session with Monica is encouraged prior to first classPWYC: Pay what you can.LY: Laughter Yoga: Yogic laughter in a group is one of the most economical de-stressing measures one can participate in for better health, combining simple laughter exercises, gentle stretching, and gentle deep yoga breathing.
