Curious Yogi 2009

This series is intended for those that are curious to know more about the world of Yoga. It is ideal for professional development and is the core of the teacher training program. However, we would love it if you want to come just to talk these things out. What is the Gita anyway? What is inside my body? How does Yoga make my body feel so much better? You will get more out of this series if you have had at least one full year of Yoga practice and/or classes.

Sundays: 9am-4:30pm (see schedule)

The mornings will be spent in discussion (3 hours) followed by a beautiful lunch prepared by Jocelyn. In the afternoon, Allie will integrate our discussion in a 3-hour yoga practice. The anatomy portions will be led by Jocelyn, all others will be with Allie.

Cost: $110/day, lunch is included, however GST is not.
